High Speed MixersWe supply a variety of mixers according to various requirements and specifications of the customers and industry. The high-speed dispersers are used extensively in the processing of Newtonian products, where the saw tooth impeller works at high peripheral speed, (up to 30 mt/sec) developing high shearing forces. The vacuum is achieved through special seals between the cover and edge of the pan. A vacuum pump is chosen according to the properties of the mixing goods. (Normally rotary vane or liquid ring pumps). The impeller can be raised or lowered while working under vacuum, in order to reach maximum efficiency.
The scraper is strong and fitted with interchangeable blades, made from the most suitable material, according to the properties of the mixing components. The scraper is driven hydraulically and pushed against the sidewalls of the pan. The mixer lifts up and rotates to enable the different vessels to be used.
High Speed DispersersConventional high-speed dispersers consist of a driven vertical shaft and a high shear disk type blade. The blade rotates at up to 5000 fpm and creates a radial flow pattern within a stationary mix vessel. The blade creates a vortex that pulls in the contents of the vessel to the blades sharp edges. The blade surfaces then mechanically tear apart solids thereby reducing their size, and at the same time dispersing them among the liquid used as the carrier fluid. High-speed dispersers are ideal for dispersions that are up to a maximum of approx. 50,000 centipoises. When used in conjunction with multi-shaft mixers, they can be useful to several hundred thousand centipoises. High Speed Dispersers are of different types such as dispersing, de-agglomerating and emulsifying. Designed to process a wide range of materials of varying viscosities, these are used to the coatings, ink, dye, chemical and adhesives industries. Available in a wide speed range from 650 to 3000 RPM, these provide maximum flexibility of operation in small, medium, and large-scale batching. A rugged frame, gusseted base, and bearing housing assure extreme stability at higher speeds on tough batching. The models are available with 3 to 300 HP capacities varying from 500 to 600 gallon disperser volume. These are available with hydraulic drive.
Variable Speed High Speed MixerThe variable high-speed mixer is designed for heavy-duty application. The design has a special future to move the mixing shaft up and down depending upon the requirement using hydraulic lifting system. The total upper part can swing 900 rpm and is adjustable to match the mixing angle requirement. Through the invertor control variable speed motor, the speed can be changed from 0-3000 rpm. The mixer can be operated in step less speed for best and optimum mixing. It has rigid main mechanical body and the base design is sturdy which offers vibration free operation.
Slow Speed MixersIn slow speed mixer range, the butterfly impeller achieves a perfect mixing, at slow speed with very high torque. With twin shaft execution, the saw tooth impeller is positioned in an eccentric position to improve the efficiency of the dispersion process. The vacuum cover, containing inspection lamp charging port, vacuum relief valve, and flanges are provided in a wide range of sizes.
